About Med-Direct International Ltd

The company was formed in 1994 to develop novel home testing technologies in the field of healthcare. Its mission has been to empower men and women to take more control over their health and fertility by providing information resources and products.

We were the first to introduce a range of fertility related products for both men and women. These products are sold under the babystart brand name and supported by a wide variety of web sites and distributors. The FertilCheck product was 'conceived' in 2000 and originally sold as a male fertility test plus ovulation predictors for women. In 2003 we upgraded the kit to include two FSH tests for women and gained European market OTC sales approval.
